Forest & Nature Therapy Walk @ Gunderson Wildlife Area

Take time to relax, disconnect and feed your soul. This gentle guided walk will focus on using all your senses to explore Gunderson Wildlife Area and is based on shinrin-yoku or forest therapy which has shown to reduce stress, increase creativity, lower blood pressure, provide relaxation, offer a connection with nature and many other health benefits. This walk is in partnership with Iowa County Conservation.  Space is limited to 20. Register and pay by clicking on the RSVP button.  Program fee is $25 per person. (Drive north of Marengo 1 mile, turn west on F-15 1 1/2 miles)
