About the event
Experience the warmth and energy of a gathering fire, built by hand and ignited without matches. Allow the flames to illuminate your mind and heart as you share and process your experiences.
We will take a forest therapy walk through the woods to explore nature using all your senses. This is casual wander that focuses on being in the moment. There will hot tea and snacks to savor by the fire. This walk is in partnership with Forest Spirit LLC and IADNR.
Particpants should dress for the winter weather. There will be sit mats available for use. You may want to bring a blanket, small camp chair, hand/foot warmers, and water bottle.
Space is limited to 12 participants. There must be four people registered to host the event. If the event is cancelled due to low registration or inclement weather you will be notified via email and your payment refunded. Tickets are nonrefundable if the particpant cancels or no shows. We will meet behind the DNR office in the parking loop. This is close to the bird blind area.
